As we wrap up another busy year at Carseldine Village, we’re excited to share the latest updates on construction progress, landscaping works, and what’s ahead for 2026.

Village Heart Development
Deluca is advancing plans for the Village Heart precinct:

• Stage 1 is scheduled to open in late March 2026, creating a vibrant hub for the community.
• Stage 2 commenced in October 2025 and will deliver 70 residential apartments, with completion anticipated in late 2027.
• Stage 3 is in the concept phase, with Deluca preparing a development application for residential apartments in early to mid-2026.

St George Community Housing Apartment Construction
The 152-unit social and affordable housing development at Carseldine Village commenced construction on 23 June 2025. Since then, Buildcorp has successfully completed the early works package, which included piling, excavation, footings, installation of site amenities, and safety fencing. With early works complete, Buildcorp is progressing toward the ground floor slab pour before the end of 2025, which will form the foundation for the superstructure. Structural works are scheduled to advance through Q1 and Q2 of 2026, positioning the project well for its next phase. The program remains on track for completion in June 2026.

The Green
Tree removal and drainage rectification works are nearing completion, with the area expected to reopen before Christmas.

Streetscape and Landscaping
Final works in Stages 3A, 4A and 4B are now complete, and these assets have been handed over to Brisbane City Council for ongoing management.
