Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) has lodged a development application (DA) with Logan City Council for bulk earthworks and vegetation clearing at the Meadowbrook site.

Subject to Council Approval, this preliminary works package will be the first phase of construction for the project and will prepare the site for future residential development, forming part of EDQ’s plan to transform the land into diverse housing options for Queenslanders.

As master developer and landowner, EDQ is committed to partnering with Federal, State and Local Governments to deliver affordable housing options, including homes for key workers.

EDQ will continue to work with Council to finalise the master plan, subdivision design and local infrastructure upgrades.
