Stage 1 - 330 MacArthur Avenue, Hamilton – 123 Units over two buildings

Strong progress has been made on site, with several important milestones reached. All podium-level concrete pours have been successfully completed, and pours are now underway on level two.

Scaffolding installation has commenced on Buildings 1 and 2, preparing both structures for the next stages of construction.

Works will also continue in the basement, with service installation and blockwork underway.

Completion is now anticipated in Q1 2027.

Stage 2 - 260 MacArthur Avenue, Hamilton – 195 Units over two buildings plus 750m2 of retail

Construction has progressed well on site, with several early milestones now achieved. Piling works have been successfully completed, and bulk earthworks and detailed excavation is now underway.

Pile trimming has also begun to prepare the site for the next stages of construction.

The project is currently on track for mid-2027 completion, with site works progressing in line with the construction program.
