Stage 1 - 330 MacArthur Avenue, Hamilton

Strong progress continues across Stage 1, with structural works advancing well across both buildings.

Internal works are continuing to progress, with above-ceiling services now installed across Levels 1 to 4. In-wall services have also been installed across Buildings 1 and 2, with sheeting scheduled to commence this month.

Façade and internal wall works are also progressing, with windows installed to Level 3 across Buildings 1 and 2. Corridor and partition wall installation has also advanced across both buildings.

Key upcoming structural milestones include the Level 6 slab pour to Building 2 and the roof slab pour to Building 1, both scheduled for June.

Works to the communal areas are also underway, with blockwork commenced to the landscaped and pool areas.

Important project infrastructure has progressed, with the mains water supply now installed and the transformer installed and connected to mains power.

The project remains on track for completion in Q1 2027, with works progressing in line with the construction program.

Stage 2 - 260 MacArthur Avenue, Hamilton

Construction on Stage 2 continues to progress well, with basement and structural works advancing across the site.

Slab-on-ground works are progressing and are targeted for completion by the end of June. All in-ground services within the basement have now been completed, supporting the continued progression of the building structure.

Key structural elements are also advancing, with column and retaining wall installation commenced to Building 1. Building 1 formwork has been completed, with the concrete pour taking place in June.

Building 2 formwork is also progressing and is expected to be installed and completed by the end of June.

Earthworks have progressed more slowly than anticipated due to the unseasonal level of rainfall experienced during the first half of 2026.

Overall, the project remains on track for completion in Q3/Q4 - 2027, with works progressing in line with the construction program.
