Stage 1 - 330 MacArthur Avenue, Hamilton – 123 Units over two buildings

Strong progress continues across Stage 1, with structural works advancing steadily on both buildings. Concrete works are progressing well, with concrete now poured up to Level 2, and Level 3 scheduled for early April.

Internal works are also gaining momentum, with service rough-in works underway on Level 1 across both buildings. Window installation is set to commence in the coming weeks, marking a key transition toward façade progress.

At ground and basement levels, all in-ground drainage for stormwater has been completed, and basement formwork is now finished, with strip-out works and high-level services currently in progress.

Completion remains on track for Q1 2027.

Stage 2 - 260 MacArthur Avenue, Hamilton – 195 Units over two buildings plus 750m² of retail

Construction activity on Stage 2 continues to build momentum, with bulk earthworks now approximately 80% complete.

Key structural elements are beginning to take shape, with the first lift and stair core underway. Ground slab works are also scheduled to commence in the coming weeks, and tower crane installation is anticipated for mid-April both marking significant milestones for the project.

In-ground hydraulic services have also commenced, supporting the progression of early-stage infrastructure works.

The project remains on track for completion in mid-2027, with works progressing in line with the construction program.
