Stage 1 - 330 MacArthur Avenue, Hamilton – 123 units over two buildings

Strong progress continues across stage 1, with concrete pours currently taking place on level 4.

Internal works are advancing well, with service rough-in underway at level 2. Framing has commenced, and window installation at level 1 is tracking well, supporting continued façade development.

At basement level, high-level services and blockwork are ongoing.

The wellness pavilion on ground floor is beginning to take shape, with the roof slab now poured.

The project remains on track for completion in Q1 2027, with works aligned to the construction program.

Stage 2 - 260 MacArthur Avenue, Hamilton – 195 units over two buildings plus 750m² of retail

Construction on stage 2 continues, with bulk earthworks now complete and detailed excavation works underway, on track for completion in the coming weeks.

Key structural elements are progressing, with the first lift and stair core now in place. In-ground hydraulic services have also commenced, supporting ongoing infrastructure development.

Preparation for tower crane installation is advancing, with the crane base now poured and installation scheduled.

Overall, the project remains on track for completion in mid-2027, with works progressing in line with the construction program.
