Silverstone Developments is continuing construction on the Rivergreen Residential Apartment Project. Blackwatch Projects is delivering the projects on behalf of Silverstone Developments.

Designed by award-winning architects CARR and developed by Silverstone, the project will deliver 123 (Stage 1) and 195 (Stage 2) apartments, both with a publicly accessible landscaped laneway.

Stage 1 - 330 MacArthur Avenues, Hamilton

Since taking possession of the site in July, piling works are complete, and basement excavation and drainage installation are now finished. Concrete pours are underway with the ground slab expected to be completed in October.

Deliveries of precast concrete panels have commenced and will continue over the coming months as works progress along with concrete for structural slabs.

Dry weather conditions have supported strong momentum, keeping the program on schedule for completion in late 2026.

Stage 2- 260 MacArthur Avenue, Hamilton

Works to commence late October. Early works will include earthworks and driven piling. Completion is targeted for July 2027.
