Dock A, B, C and D Car Parks
EDQ provides parking facilities on EDQ owned land (Dock A, B, C, and D car parks) to support businesses and activations such as Eat Street, Superordinary, Flipside Circus, and Bluey's World.
The Northshore Hamilton Priority Development Area (PDA) was declared on 27 March 2008. The current Northshore Hamilton PDA Development Scheme, amended on 28 October 2022, assists EDQ as landowner, master developer and planning authority with planning, delivering, promoting and coordinating development across the PDA.
Northshore Brisbane is the largest waterfront urban renewal projects in Queensland and plays a defining role in shaping the future of Brisbane.
Over the next 20 years, this 304-hectare precinct will transform from an industrial area into a vibrant riverside precinct which stretches 2.5 kilometres along the Brisbane River.
For 100 years the wharves at Hamilton were the place Queensland exported its best to the world. Now Northshore Brisbane operates a different shipping schedule. Just six kilometres from the CBD you'll find luxury river homes and apartments fit for a captain, a hub of experiential arts and cultural experiences you'll want to write home about, and some of the most exciting cuisines in the world. This iconic stretch of water is transforming from working dock into Brisbane's connected, sustainable and welcoming riverfront precinct.
Northshore Brisbane is also a new business district, a hub of business innovation, from start-ups to global giants.
Lastly, Northshore Brisbane has been identified as the home of the Brisbane Athletes' Village for the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Northshore Brisbane's prime waterfront location and its proximity to the CBD, competition and training venues, and transport connections makes it an ideal location to host over 10,000 athletes and team officials for the Olympic Games and over 5,000 athletes and team officials for the Paralympics.
EDQ provides parking facilities on EDQ owned land (Dock A, B, C, and D car parks) to support businesses and activations such as Eat Street, Superordinary, Flipside Circus, and Bluey's World.
Construction activities are underway to deliver the Northshore Brisbane Street Renewal Program.
EDQ appreciates that development of this scale effects the people who live and work locally. We are committed to engaging with the community and stakeholders throughout every stage of Northshore Brisbane’s development.
